Position Available | Project Architect - Construction Administrator

TEG Architects offers an exceptional career opportunity to an innovative, collaborative and organized Architect or Construction Administrator to expand our Project Quality Control/Construction Administration Studio.

Experience and contemporary skill sets must include, project quality control reviews, coordination of construction phase architectural responsibilities, collaboration with multiple construction manager partners, electronic processing of document reviews, project submittals, etc.

Interpersonal skills are required for collaboration with TEG project teams and consultants, coordination of construction phase activities with clients and construction partners on projects ranging from $100,000 to $300 million in construction values.

  • Knowledge of life/safety and building codes, project constructability, building systems, project detailing, etc. is required.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit, Excel, Outlook and Deltek are desired.
  • Degrees such as the following are beneficial: BArch, MArch, Construction Management, Project Management, etc.
  • Salary and benefits are negotiable based upon experience and skill sets.

Position Available | Project Architect

Organized, mentor-focused, pro-active, innovative Project Architect sought to join our team at TEG. The Project Architect will utilize our previously established construction document efficiency processes and tools to further the development of construction documents for architecture, interior design and planning.

Interpersonal skills in building teams, managing multiple disciplines and collaboration with clients, construction teams and all aspects of managing challenging projects required.

The Project Achitect's responsibilities include developing CD phase activities, mentoring staff regarding all aspects of document development, monitoring CD project staff time and budgeting, monitoring QC/QA, collaborating with planning and design teams, collaborating with CA teams and participating in business development activities when appropriate.

  • Experience in producing and managing projects utilizing Revit and extensive experience with AutoCad ADT required.
  • Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture degree required. Interested registered or graduate architects should apply.
