She is interested in going back to school to further her education in the future.

Sarah is involved with serving her church and community organizations such as homeless shelters, food banks, Meals on Wheels, and the Gliding Stars Adaptive Ice Skating program.

After hearing about TEG at a career fair, Sarah was drawn to TEG for its commitment to continued education and the exposure within all levels of design that an intern would have access to.

Lindsey Kurucz
Architectural Associate

Lindsey is a recent graduate of Ball State University CAP and is currently enrolled in the Master of Architecture program at the university. She serves the community by volunteering for The Wheeler Mission (Indianapolis), Harvest Soup Kitchen (Muncie), and Damar Services’ events (Indianapolis), among many others.

“From the beginning, it was clear that TEG, as a firm, values its employees and I wanted to be part of that. It is an exciting transition for me and will prove to be a quality learning experience.”

Joe Koslow
Architectural Associate

Joe Koslow is a recent graduate from Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning who has joined the firm for a one-year internship. He plans on applying to a number of Architecture graduate programs across the country in pursuit of being a license architect. Joe is very interested in the future challenges for the world that architecture can impact. Some of these would include how the built environment can positively impact Climate Change, rapid Automation, and much more.

Joe enjoys serving his community and classmates through various programs such as the software mentorship program at Ball State University.

“TEG interests me because of its undeniably efficient work environment as well as its incredible ambition evident in its engagement in large complex building designs. I hope to learn and contribute to the mission of this firm!”
